What is the application fee and is it refundable?
The application fee is $75 per person and is non-refundable.
Is there an administrative fee, and can it be refunded?
Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $175.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit ranges from $300 up to two months’ rent, pending credit approval. We also offer a security deposit alternative program that allows qualified applicants to move in without a traditional security deposit for a monthly fee.
Are there any monthly community fees?
Yes, there is a $145 monthly community fee.
What services are included in the additional community fees?
Your community fees include the WELLIFIZE platform, AT&T 1Gig internet, as well as valet trash service, compactor and pest control.
Are parking garages available, and what does it cost?
Yes, parking garages are available upon request. Please consult with the leasing office for availability and rates.
Is additional storage available?
At this time, we do not offer additional storage.
Pet Policy
Are pets allowed, and are there any breed or weight restrictions?
We allow cats and dogs in our community. Please be advised that specific breeds and weight restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for details.
Is there a monthly pet rent?
Yes, it’s $25 per month per pet.
Are there any pet fees?
Yes, there is a one-time pet fee due at move-in: $350 for first pet, $150 for second pet.
What is the pet limit per apartment?
A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment.
