We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome your cats and dogs to Continuum 115. We allow up to two pets per apartment, so your furry friends can enjoy our community right along with you.

Pet Policy

  • Pet Type: Cats and Dogs only
  • Pet Limit: 2 per Apartment
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per Pet
  • One-time Pet Fee (due at move-in): $350 per Pet (Due at Move-In)
  • Please Note: Breed and Weight Restrictions Apply
